Organizations cannot hide from the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion agenda. Whether driven by ESG regulatory changes or leadership realization on the need to be more diverse, the needs are real.

The strategy and drive behind DE&I  is something which needs to be through-through and driven from all areas of an organization. Where individuals are unclear about what it means to represent and recognize diversity, they can be trained and coached to build the awareness.

THE ROLE EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE IN THE WORKPLACE – 3+ HOUR WORKSHOP

Emotional intelligence isn’t just about how we keep ourselves in check to avoid negatively impacting others, it is also about us and our own emotions and how we deal with what we feel. In a report by Capgemini, they found that emotional intelligence will be key for the future.

 

Leaders are more stressed than ever and this can manifest in unwanted ways from negative responses, lack of self-care to reducing staff morale. Emotional Intelligence supports individuals and those around them as it cultivates new and different ways of thinking about ourselves and others.

 

In this workshop, we delve into the science of the brain, the role of emotional intelligence in reducing stress and the power of self-awareness to support individuals and others.

CHANGE IS ABOUT PEOPLE – 3+ HOUR WORKSHOP

Most projects fail because companies forget that change is about people. As changes agents with decades of experience, one thing we know for sure is that people need to be taken on the journey for change initiatives to be successful.

 

From rolling out new processes, implementing advanced technologies to digital transformation, the need to have employee buy-in, identifying of key ambassadors and the ability to keep people informed become the foundation of change.
