Organizations cannot hide from the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion agenda. Whether driven by ESG regulatory changes or leadership realization of the need to be more diverse, the needs are real.

Leaders are more stressed than ever and this can manifest in unwanted ways from negative responses, lack of self-care to reducing staff morale. Emotional Intelligence supports individuals and those around them as it cultivates new and different ways of thinking about ourselves and others.

COMPASSIONATE LEADERSHIP – 4- HOUR WORKSHOP

"Compassionate Leaders use their influence to positively impact themselves, others, and the planet." 

Often when we use the terms such as "love" or "use your heart" at work, people get taken aback, because love doesn't really feature as a "work emotion".

In a compassionate leader, love is key, it is about showing love and care in other forms from checking in, giving others time, and sharing your energy for the betterment of all to showcasing the contribution of others.

Capgemini’s report on Emotional Intelligence stated that due to the rise in AI, emotional intelligence will become a core skill to develop and hone in the future.

By learning about the way emotions and the brain is impacted during stressful situations and how emotional intelligence can counter these, individuals are able to learn and apply new ways of reacting and behaving. During this workshop, we will explore the science of emotions, learn about the core components of emotional intelligence and understand key steps which can be taken.

MINDFUL MANAGEMENT: APPLYING EMPATHIC-R – 8-HOUR WORKSHOP

Mindful living focuses on living life with a sense of awareness and notice. Mindful management stems from this philosophy and integrates a sense of greater awareness, insight and mindfulness in the way managers and leaders go about their day jobs and interactions with others.

With work being so busy, often, all is takes is some slowing down to notice that things are not right or that something needs to change.

Using our own proprietary methodology – EMPATHIC-R, we look at various elements which can be focused upon to drive mindful management and in turn to create the Heart-Felt Organization.
